  • Please refer the Certificate of Incorporation of the Company. 

  • In case no certificate of incorporation then the date of the Memorandum of Association on which it was executed.  

Deadline for the Newly incorporated companies in the UAE for the corporate tax registration should be calculated from the date of incorporation and in no case it should be calculated from the date of the issue of the trade license or services license.
